About us
My name is Brian Tran. I am a martial artist at heart, and have spent over 20 years in pursuit of understanding the capabilities of human movement.
This curiosity has taken me into the world of strength training, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and more! This allows me to draw from a very diverse skill set when it comes time to helping someone achieve their exercise goals.
I’m a strong believer in training smarter and finding the right solution for everyone, so I’m always happy to help clients solve stubborn problems whether it’s to do with physical limitations, psychological barriers, or even simply just managing motivation.
Outside of the exercise world, I’ll probably be challenging myself with a tough puzzle, learning something new about obscure topics, or satisfying my curiosity with learning a new skill!
I am available at both locations Torque Movement - 46 Railway Rd, Blackburn VIC 3130M and i’m also available at Malvern Train Station Fitness.
